New year of 2009 was flourished by rocket, gunshot, and tank move. Millions people unable to enjoy "the joy" of new year eve glory. More then 400 people killed, and many of them is starving to death. And of course, war will limit the possibility of European visiting Asia (Bali). Travel may become very dangerous, but big hope must be still out there.
West Papua (Manokwari, Irian Jaya)
Earthquakes have destroy some hotel in Manokwari, West Papua. Almost all of Indonesian TV and Radio Channel report the damage and kill more then 4 people. To those who want to visit Bali, please do not worry because West Papua is far away from Bali. Up to now, Bali is still safe.
